PAYMENT POLICY

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions for funding your account balance and paying for services on SMS2MAX.COM (the “Service” or the “Site”). By initiating any payment transaction to fund your balance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1.     Payment Terms

1.1.      Payments for the Service are made by funding your account balance through payment systems and payment intermediaries supported by the Service.

1.2.      All funds credited to a User’s balance are displayed in USD. Any payment made in another currency will be automatically converted into USD at the exchange rate applicable at the time of crediting.

1.3.      By funding your balance, you confirm that you have reached the legal age required to make purchases under the laws of your jurisdiction.

1.4.      You are responsible for entering accurate payment details and for covering any commissions, charges, or fees that may arise during the transfer of funds.

The Service is not responsible for any difference between the expected and actual credited amount due to currency fluctuations, or for any delays in balance funding caused by the issuing bank, financial institutions, payment systems, or other payment intermediaries.

2.     Payment Procedure

2.1.  Account funding is carried out electronically through payment intermediaries — such as payment systems, exchanges, bank transfers, or other available methods at the time of the transaction.

2.2.  Before making of transaction, you must select an appropriate payment method or intermediary available for your card-issuing bank’s country or for the currency of payment, within the “Billing” section of the Service.

2.3.  To complete the transaction, you must provide the required payment information, confirm the transaction, and transfer the funds in accordance with the payment intermediary’s instructions.

2.4.  After successful payment, funds are automatically credited to the User’s balance on the Service in U.S. dollars.

2.5.  The User’s balance is a universal payment instrument within the Service. Payments for Services are deducted directly from the User’s balance, subject to the available amount.

2.6.  All account funding operations are displayed in the User’s personal account.

3.     Taxes and Fees

3.1.  Prices for Services indicated on the Site include all applicable taxes and fees, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.2.  The User is responsible for declaring, paying, or withholding any taxes, duties, or charges that may arise from the use of the Service under the laws of their jurisdiction.

4.     Payment Security and Data Protection

4.1.   All payment transactions are processed by payment intermediaries using data encryption technologies provided by their functionality and in accordance with their Privacy Policies.

4.2.  We do not store or have access to your payment credentials.

The Service is not liable for any data breaches, disclosures, or unauthorized access to personal or payment information resulting from the actions or omissions of payment intermediaries, financial institutions, or the User.

5.     Payment Acceptance Restrictions

5.1.   The Service reserves the right to refuse to credit funds to the balance or to deduct funds from the User’s balance to obtain a Service in cases of:

      suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal use of the Service;

payments originating from sources previously linked to violations of the Service’s Terms of Use.

5.2.   The Service may suspend or deny access to Users involved in fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activities.

6.     Final Provisions

6.1.  This Policy constitutes an integral part of the Service’s Terms of Use.

6.2.  The Service Administration reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice to Users.

6.3.  Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be resolved amicably through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court at the place of registration of the Service Administration.
